Shipping

UK Customers

All UK orders will be shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. This is a tracked and signed-for service that ensures next working day delivery (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number for reference. Delivery within the UK is £8.50

European Customers

All orders within Europe will be shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service. This is a tracked and signed-for service with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number for reference. Delivery to Europe is £15.50.

Worldwide Customers

All worldwide orders will be shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service. This is a tracked and signed-for service with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 working days, depending on the destination. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number for reference. Worldwide delivery is £20.50.

Customs Charges

For customers outside the UK, please note that your order may be subject to customs charges, import duties, and/or VAT depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are payable by the recipient of the goods. Clare Maiden Jewellery does not cover or accept responsibility for these charges.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

Clare Maiden Jewellery is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been dispatched. We encourage you to track your parcel using the Royal Mail tracking number provided. In case of any issues, please contact Royal Mail directly for assistance.
