We hope you will love your new piece of Clare Maiden Jewellery. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly so we can assist you.

Refunds

Clare Maiden Jewellery is happy to offer a full refund for orders made through this website if the item is returned within 14 days of the buyer’s receipt of the order. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, and in perfect, saleable condition.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange or a credit note within 30 days of your online purchase if the 14-day refund period has passed. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and in perfect, saleable condition.

Exempt Items

Please note that the following items are exempt from the refund and exchange policy:

  • Bespoke and made to measure pieces

  • One-of-a-kind items

  • Custom-made or personalised jewellery

These items can only be returned or exchanged if Clare Maiden Jewellery has explicitly agreed with the customer in advance.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include photographs clearly showing the issue. Once we have confirmed your return in writing, please send the item back to the postal address provided in our confirmation email.

Buyer’s Responsibility

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return delivery and remains responsible for the item(s) until they are received by Clare Maiden Jewellery. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend using a tracked postal service that requires a signature upon receipt.

Processing Your Return

Once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected to confirm they are in original condition, we will process your refund to the payment method originally used for the purchase. Refunds will exclude the original delivery charges. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item(s). Please note that your bank may take an additional 4-7 working days to credit your account.
