Sea Moor Cornwall

I’m delighted that Sea Moor Cornwall is featuring my sea and weather-inspired Storm, Maelstrom, Breaking Wave and Ripple collections.

You’ll find the Sea Moor gallery, run by the fabulous Gyotaku artist Stevie McCrindle on the main road running through Newlyn, near Penzance in Cornwall.

This is my first Cornish gallery and I’m delighted to be joining Stevie as we share so much in terms of ethos and approach; we are both inspired by the natural world found in and around the seas and moors of Cornwall.

Stevie is passionate about making art and designs that are not just unique in their conception but also mindful of the environment - an approach she also takes when selecting her guest artists like myself.

Her mission is to encourage people to pause and consider where their purchases come from, the effects they’ve had on the earth, and the role they’ll play in the future. Through her work, she hopes to promote more thoughtful and sustainable choices. This is very much reflective of by own sustainable ethos and studio practice as I prefer to use recycled and Fairtrade metals, ethically sourced gemstones and lab-grown and Ocean diamonds whenever possible in my pieces.
